Instructions

This plugin only works with actions that can be integrated into any workflow.

To use it, you must first create a user account on the PostHog website. Once you have done this, you will receive a Project API Key which you should enter in the PostHog plugin in the plugins tab (remember to enter it in both fields).

By default, PostHog will take care of most events and specifications, so there is no need for further settings. You can start exploring the many features available on the PostHog platform.

However, if you require additional features, such as more user details or consistent analysis of multi-user functionality, or if you want to create custom events, all of these can be added to your actions.

Simply go to the analysis menu to find them, which will begin with "PH".

Data collection and tracking

The plugin serves as an analytics tool, collecting user data and transmitting it to the app owner's PostHog service.

Does everything what a posthog plugin supposed to do , just if author can add ability to make actions useable in backend workflow, would make this plugin super!!!

Setting it up was a breeze, requiring only a user account on the PostHog website and the Project API Key, which I easily entered into the plugin settings. PostHog takes care of most events and specifications by default, eliminating the need for extensive settings configuration. This allowed me to dive straight into exploring the myriad features available on the PostHog platform. What's more, if I ever need additional features like more user details, consistent analysis of multi-user functionality, or custom event creation, the plugin offers straightforward options. I can access these features easily through the analysis menu, starting with "PH". Overall, the PostHog plugin has simplified analytics integration for me, allowing me to focus on building and refining my app without worrying about complex setup or configuration. If you're looking for a hassle-free way to integrate analytics into your Bubble workflows, I highly recommend giving the PostHog plugin a try.
